In Memoriam: Jimmy Dunbar
Jimmy Dunbar, age 72 passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2013 with his wife Ruth by his side. He was born in Bunkie, Louisiana on Sept. 13, 1941 to Shirley and Jake Dunbar. He was a long time resident of the Greenwell Springs, La and was a 50 year member of Local #198.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Ruth; his three children, Denise Elliott, Melinda Hardison, Brad Dunbar; and 7 grandchildren, Raymond Blake and Jacob Hardison; Sarah, Jared, and Matthew Elliott; Caitlin and Jaden Dunbar. He is also survived by 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home on Hooper Rd., in Central from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., with a memorial service at 3 P.M. on Tuesday, Dec 31.
