Armed Robbery at Pit Crew Barbecue

News from the EBR Sheriff's Office: On 4/23/10, at approximately 0603 hrs, Deputies were dispatched to Pit Crew Barbecue located at 9718 Shady Bluff in reference to an armed robbery.
An employee stated that while in the smoke room cutting meat, a man entered through the unlocked back door and came up behind him. The employee felt what he believed to be a gun. The man demanded money. The employee gave the suspect the money he had on him before the suspect fled out the door. The employee never looked at the suspect, so there is no description other than he is a male. Detectives are investigating.
