BOA-22-15 This property is located at 15345 Hidden Creek Drive on Lot 9 of the Hidden Creek Subdivision. The applicant requests the Board of Adjustment to grant a variance of Section 2.2 D (4) of the Comprehensive Zoning Code which states that an accessory structure shall not exceed 1,000 square feet in the R1 (Single Family Residential One) Zoning District. The applicant is proposing a 1,200 square foot storage shed. The applicant is Bobiye and James Ducote
