    The City of Central Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 6:00pm at the Kristenwood Meeting Facility, 14025 Greenwell Springs Rd., Central, LA 70739 to consider the following item(s):
    EOP-4-15 Exchange of Property between Tracts C-1 and D-2-A-2 of the former Charlie A. Thibodeaux Property This property is located on the north side of Denham Road between the Joor and Devall Road intersections in Section 30 T5S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to adjust the property lines between two adjoining properties. (Applicant: Meredith Robinson)
    SS-12-15 Subdivision of Tract A of the former B.F. Long Property This property is located on the north side of Lovett Road between the Joor Road and Bronco Avenue intersections in Section 71, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide one tract into three for single family residential land use and dedicate a private servitude of access with waiver requests of Sections 7:4.4.(a)(4)(a) and 7:13.6(9)(c) of the Development Code which require connection to public sewer and a minimum of a 22 foot wide, six-inch thick concrete private servitude of access. Willett Tract This property is located at 12834 Lovett Road which is on the south side of Lovett Road east of the Prairie Drive intersection in Section 71, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide one tract into two for single family residential land use with a waiver request of Section 7:4.4.(a)(4)(a) of the Development Code which requires connection to public sewer.     SS-16-15 Subdivision of Lots D-1-A and D-2-A-1 of the now or former Charlie Thibodeaux Property This property is located on east side of Joor Road between the Denham Road and Country Estate Avenue intersections in Section 30, T5S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide one tract into five and alter the property lines of one tract for single family residential land use with a waiver request of Section
7:4.4.(a)(4)(a) of the Development Code which requires connection to public sewer. (Applicant: Robert Raborn)
    RZ-3-15 Rezoning from B5 to RA for a Single Family Residence This property is located on the east side of Joor Road north of the Hooper Road intersection across from Morganfield Avenue which is Tract B of the A.J. Schindler Property in Section 6, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to rezone from B5 (Large Scale Commercial Business Five) to RA (Rural Agricultural). (Applicant: Freddie W. Young)
