    COL-1-14 Combination of Tracts X-1-A-1 and X-1-A-2 of Bridlewood Subdivision This property is located near the east side of Palomino Drive between the Shetland and Paint Avenue intersections in Section 53, T5S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA.  The applicant is requesting a combination of two tracts for single family residential land use.  (Applicant: Todd A. 7. SS-3-14 Subdivision of Tract B of the former Donovan C. Furr Property This property is located on the north side of Gurney Road between the Partridgewood Drive and Centerra Court intersections in Section 36, T5S, R1E, GLD, EBR, LA.  The applicant is proposing to subdivide one tract into four and dedicate a private servitude of access for single family residential land use. 6. RZ-2-4 Rezoning from Rural to B-1 (Neighborhood Business District One)  This property is located at 18364 Magnolia Bridge Road between the Greenwell Springs Road and Villa Crossing Drive intersection on Lot F of the Former Kennard Property in Section 66, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is proposing to rezone for a real estate office. (Applicant: Tammy Williams)
7. RZ-3-4 Rezoning from Rural to R-1 (Single Family Residential One) This property is located on the north side of Denham Road near the Wilmington Drive and Crystal Place intersections on the former Keith Pierce Property in Sections 48, 47, 21 T5S, R2E, EBR, LA.  The applicant is proposing to rezone for a single family residential subdivision consistent with the R-1 Zoning District. 8. CUP-1-14 Conditional Use Permit This property is located at 14790 Wax Road Suite 108 which is between the Willowbrook and Brookside Drive intersections on Lot Y in Sections 8 & 9, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to serve a complimentary alcoholic beverage within a barber shop. (Applicant: Dean Rivere)

9.  PUD-1-14 Planned Unit Development Preliminary Plan: The Estates (Deferred from the February 27, 2014 Meeting) This property is located at the southwest corner of the Sullivan and Sparkle Drive intersection on Tracts B, C, D, E-1 and E-2 located in Sections 69 and 72, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is proposing a Planned Unit Development preliminary plan consisting of 79 single family residential lots and to rezone from Rural to R-2 (Single Family Residential Two) Conditional Use Permit: Planned Unit Development.  (Applicant: Joseph Marino)
10. Consideration of the Comprehensive Zoning Map  An ordinance to rezone all parcels within the City of Central to zoning classifications consistent with the adopted Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to further implement the September 2010 Master Plan Phase Two Land Use Plan.
