In Memoriam: Catherine Pizzolato Stubbs

Catherine Pizzolato Stubbs,a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and talented artist passed away peacefully at 2:30 AM Friday, January 31, 2014 at North Point Health Care in Baton Rouge at the age of 81. She was a native of Donaldsonville and a resident of Central.

Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, 9995 Hooper Road, Central, LA 70818 on Saturday, February 8, 2014 from 11:00 AM until the Memorial Service at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel conducted by Rev. Jack Stoop.

Survived by her husband of 58 years, Charles W. Stubbs; 4 daughters, Gwendolyn A. Sagona, Alice A. Hicks Wunstel and husband Jon R. Wunstel, Kathy J. Stubbs Norman and Robyn M. Stubbs Cook; 3 sisters, Francis Sims, Mamie Terrell and Carol McDaniel; 4 brothers, Gene, Pete, Harry and David Pizzolato; grandchildren, Charles D. Ordes, III, Angela J. Brigalia, Donald A. Ordes, Chrissy A. Ordes Fairley, Craig G. Brigalia and William W. Cook; great-grandchildren, Devin C. Ordes, Isabella J. Ordes, Chloe D. Ordes, Kayla E. Ordes, Paislie A. Fairley, Kyleigh A. Brigalia, Carter J. Fairley and Antonio M. Brigalia.

Preceded in death by her parents, Jake and Elma Talbot Pizzolato; great-grandchild, Ty C. Fairley; brothers, Robert and Bobby Pizzolato.
