Agenda For Next Thursday’s Board of Adjustments Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Central Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing on December 19, 2013 at 5:00pm at Kristenwood Meeting Facility, 14025 Greenwell Springs Rd, Central, LA 70739 to consider the following item(s):

BOA-9-13   This property is located at 6804 Silver Springs on Lot 47 of Morgan Springs Subdivision.  The applicant requests the Board of Adjustment grant a rear yard setback variance from 25 feet to 15 feet in accordance with 3.2(C)(1) of the Unified Development Code in conjunction with the construction of a proposed residence.   The applicant is Vick Vicknair.

BOA-10-13 This property is located at 14543 Hubbs Road on Tract WC-2-A of the former Elias Richardson Property. The applicant request the Board of Adjustment to grant a waiver of Section 9.201 A (2) of the Unified Development Code to allow an accessory building that exceeds 1,600 square feet in the Rural Zoning District.  The applicant proposes to construct a 1,920 square foot accessory structure.  The applicant is Charles T. Daigle Jr.

BOA-11-13 This property is located at 18559 Armitage Ave on Lot 25 of Bellingrath Estates 2nd Filing. The applicant request the Board of Adjustment to grant a front yard setback variance from 40 feet to 25 feet in accordance with 3.2 (C)(1) of the Unified Development Code in conjunction with the construction of a propose residence. The applicant is Robert G. Templet.

BOA-12-13 This property is located at 13623 Hooper Road on the former J.J. Robinson Tract.  The applicant requests the Board of Adjustment to grant a sign waiver in accordance with Section 16.12 (B)(2) of the Unified Development Code in conjunction with a sign to display building name. The applicant is Wade Giles.
