Final PTO school updates for 2009-10 school year –
Thank you for your membership in the PTO for 2009-10.  Good luck to the seniors.  We hope the rest of you will rejoin the PTO for next year.  It has been my pleasure sending you updates these last 7 years.  Our new PTO secretary, Dee Dee Dupre, will be taking over.
Seniors who are exempt from their finals must return their textbooks or be obligated.  They will not be able to pick up their caps and gowns until books are returned.***
Seniors, You may pick up your cap and gown in the front office between 12:45 and 3:00pm May 18th and 19th. All obligations must be cleared to pick up your cap and gown.
Course Selection Forms were given to students in English classes in April. Parents were to sign them and students were to return them to the counseling office. Please ask your student if they have returned a Course Selection Form. If they have not they will be assigned to classes. The last day to select classes or change a schedule is May 28th.
The ACT regular deadline for the June 12, 2010 test date is Friday, May 7, 2010.  Students may still register through May 8-12th but a late fee will be applied.  The June test will NOT be given at Central High School.
Male students are required by federal law to sign up with Selective Service within 30 days of their 18th birthday.  Register on-line at www.sss.gov or get a selective service card at any local post office.
