PTO Volunteers Needed for Freshman Parent Week

There will be informational parent meetings next week on Tuesday and Thursday (May 11th and 13th), for parents of incoming freshmen for the 2010-2011 school year. 
 
The PTO will have a table set up in the commons area both nights for parents to make purchases from the spirit store (hoodies, etc) and also to allow them to register as new members of the PTO.
 
The meeting starts at 6:30, so PTO volunteers would need to arrive at 5:45 to set up the spirit store table.
 
Tuesday is covered, but we need 2 volunteers for Thursday. Please email us if you can help out next Thursday night from 5:45 until probably around 8:00 or 8:30.

p.s. If you're the parent of an incoming freshman, the meeting will be in the theater and the topics will include types of diplomas, individual graduation plans and course selection. Students with last name A-L meet on Tuesday and M-Z on Thursday.
