Central Resident Leads EBRSO to Burglars

Isaac Renee Garcia (left) and Danny Alexander Garcia (right) of Baton Rouge left a residence on Lovett Road last Thursday with a pickup truck load of items stolen from the carport and storage shed. Unfortunately for the Garcias, the homeowner arrived in time to see them leaving. She called the EBR Parish Sheriff’s office to report the burglary in progress, then followed the white dodge truck as it left.

Officers caught up with the resident and burglars and performed a traffic stop. The resident identified the stolen merchandise and the burglars were booked into Parish Prison on charges of theft of over $1,200 in merchandise.
