7. SS-20-17 Subdivision of Tract T-1 of the Greenwell Springs Campsites and the Eliza Carl White Tract into Tracts T-1-A, T-1-B, T-1-C, T-1-D and T-1-E. This property is located north of Hooper Rd. between the Old Amite River to the east and Greenwell Springs Rd. to the west in Section 49, T5S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide one tract zoned (RA) Rural Agricultural Zoning District into five tracts with a waiver request of 7:14.3(2) of the Development Code for Residential Land Use. 8. SS-22-17 Subdivision of the Kelly Duke Tract into Tracts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. This property is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Carey Road and Blackwater Road in Section 35, T5S, R1E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide one tract zoned (RA) Rural Agricultural Into five tracts for Residential Land Use. (Applicant: David B. Fazekas)
9. RV-2-17 Revocation of a 60 ft. wide Right-of-Way for Burks Avenue and Camp Drive. This Right-of-Way runs east to west on Burks Avenue and turns north to south on Camp Drive on Tract T-1 of the Greenwell Springs Campsites and the Eliza Carl White Tract in Section 41, T5S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting a revocation for the purpose of rededicating the alley as a private servitude of access. (Applicant: Charles Tubre)
10. RV-3-17 Revocation of a 10 ft. wide Sanitary Sewer Servitude. This Sanitary Sewer Servitude runs approximately north to south across Lot 2-B of the Biltmore Subdivision in Section 9, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting a revocation for the purpose of building a dental office on Lot B-2. (Applicant: George McCallum)
