Vendors Sought for Tailgating in the Pasture

Tailgating in the Pasture, a fun community fundraiser event put on by Cooking in Central, will take place on October 7 at 10305 Blackwater Road.  Vendors are needed for this event.  
The fee for food and beverage vendors is $250.  It includes sampling, display, and promotional rights from a 10’ x 10’ deluxe booth (all booth equipment and tent are the responsibility of the vendor).  It also includes 2 VIP passes to the event and 5 EE passes.  
The fee for craft and retail vendors is $150.  It includes selling, sampling, display, and promotional rights from a 10’ x 10’ booth space (booth equipment and tent are the responsibility of the vendor).  It also includes 2 regular event passes.
Vendor fees are not refundable.  Electricity is not available for craft/retail vendors.  Vendor setup begins at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 6, or 8 a.m. Saturday, October 7.  Vendors must be set up by 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 7.  Food and beverage vendors cannot begin teardown until 9 p.m.  Craft and retail vendors cannot begin teardown until 7 p.m.
