a) PUD-3-16 Arbor Grove: PUD Final Development Plan. An ordinance to grant a Conditional Use Permit and Final Development Plan Approval for a Planned Unit Development consisting of seventy (70) single family residential lots on 28.98 acres of property located on the east side of Joor Road between the Core Lane and Sullivan Road intersections (Arbor Grove PUD) (Applicant: Casey Patterson/Jeff Couvillion) (By Council Member Ellis) Commission Action (March 23, 2017): A motion to approve PUD-3-16 with Staff’s comments was made by Mr. Graydon Walker, seconded by Mr. Aaron Moak. Vote: 5 yeas (Messrs: Chollette, Johnson, Moak, Sheridan, Walker), 1 nay (Mr. Matlock), 1 absent (Mr. Sharafkhani) and the motion carried.
