Right Turn or Not?

Since intersection improvements last year included a “No Right Turn On Red” sign, motorists turning right onto Sullivan Road from Wax Road in front of Jack In The Box had grown accustomed to stopping and waiting for the green right turn arrow. Recently, traffic engineers determined that the intersection would better be served by allowing right turns on red. Motorists are urged to merge cautiously and yield to the north-bound Sullivan Road traffic.
