This property is located at the north end of White Oak Run Drive near the end of Blackstone Drive of the Twin Lakes Subdivision in Section 41, T5S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide one tract into two for single family residential land use with a waiver request of Section 7:13.6(9) (d) of the Development Code. The applicant is seeking conditional use approval through a Planned Unit Development Final Development Plan consisting of 70 single family residential lots in the (R2) Single Family Residential Two Zoning District. 7. TA-1-17 Text Amendment to Chapter 11, Section 11.3 (ORD) Office, Research and Development Zoning District of the Code of Ordinances. The applicant is requesting a rezoning from (RA) Rural Agricultural Zoning District to (ORD) Office, Research & Development Zoning District with conditional use approval for the purpose of expanding an existing business that deals with the temporary storage of vehicles and equipment. 9. RZ-2-17 Rezoning of Lot 4-A-1, Central Acres Subdivision from R2 to RA. This property is located on the west side of Sullivan Rd. between Joor Rd. and Gurney Ln. in Section 31, T-5-S, R-2-E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting a rezoning from (R2) Single Family Residential Two Zoning District to (RA) Rural Agricultural Zoning District for the purpose of adding an (ADU) Accessory Dwelling Unit to the property. The applicant is also requesting waivers to the front and side yard requirements, lot frontage requirement, and to the size of an (ADU) Accessory Dwelling Unit in the (RA) Rural Agricultural Zoning District.
