Denham Road at Greenwell Springs Made Safer

For those that regularly travel the north end of Greenwell Springs Road, the intersection at Denham Road took on a new look this month. DOTD crews have added overhead warning lights facing both Greenwell Springs and Devall roads, and have overlaid Greenwell Springs in that same area.
According to Council Member Wayne Messina, DEMCO has provided the electricity for the improvement. Messina shares that he got involved after calls from a number of residents asking for the intersection to be more clearly marked, and stayed in contact with DOTD for many months until the project was completed.
