Lady Wildcats on a Roll

    The Lady Wildcat Basketball team has won 6 of their last 7 games with an overall record of 16-5 before heading into district.  The Lady Wildcats are led by a cast of seniors that have completely changed the face of Central Girls Basketball.  There are four girls (Myia Forbes, Hannah Cowart, Sarah Douglas, and Christalyn Hill)  who average 10 or more points per game on this Lady Wildcat Team.  Defensively the Lady Wildcats are led by junior guard Raven Alexander.  Coming off the bench is senior forward Michicko Jackson, who is sure to always provide a spark offensively for the Wildcats. This team is a very well rounded group of girls who are humble and determined to prove that they belong.  Please come out and support the girls as they fight to clinch a spot in the playoffs this year.

The Lady Wildcats have big games coming up, including games at Live Oak (5:30 p.m. on January 13), at Walker (5:30 p.m. on January 17), and a home game against Denham Springs (5:30 p.m. on January 24).  The January 24 home game will also be the benefit game for the Watts family, so it will be a great night to come support your Wildcats and long-time members of our community.
