Operation Christmas Child

Each year Greenwell Springs Baptist Church has a giant Operation Christmas Child packing party to pack shoe boxes for children who have never heard the good news of Jesus. The boxes will be sent all over the world, and many souls will be saved through this ministry. Operation Christmas Child is a ministry of Samaritans Purse, an organization that has done and continues to do work in our community since the flood. This is our opportunity to give back. The packing event will be held on Saturday, November 12, in the foyer of the GSBC worship center from 9-12. Everyone in the community is invited. Last year they packed over 2700 shoe boxes, and they hope to pack 3000 plus boxes this year.
