Last Day of Debris Pickup and Right of Entry Program

    Debris removal from the flooding that occurred in August is nearing completion for the City of Central. As of today, 88.7 tons or 295,662 cubic yards of debris has been picked up over the last 46 days.  
 The final date to sign up for the Right of Entry program will be on October 18th, 2016. The final date of debris pick-up in the City of Central will be on October 19th, 2016.  
    Sign up for the Right of Entry program is located in the City Hall (13421 Hooper Rd. Ste 8). Please call 225-261-5988 for any questions or for more information.  
    Mayor Jr. Shelton and the City Administration would like to thank the citizens of Central for their patience and cooperation during the debris removal process. They would also like to remind property owners on state and parish roads that DOTD and East Baton Rouge Parish are responsible for the debris removal along those roadways.
