The Central City Council will meet this Tuesday, April 12 at 6 p.m. in the Central High School auditorium.  The public is invited to attend.  The agenda is below.

1) Mayor’s report and presentations.
2) Introduction of the following item(s) (with public hearing to be held at the April 26, 2016 council meeting):
a) An ordinance to amend the 2015-2016 Fiscal Year Emergency Services, Drainage, & Local Road Improvement & Maintenance Fund Budget to appropriate additional funds for the construction of the Hearthwood Drive Road Improvement Project and to provide for related matters. (By Council Member Ellis)
b) An ordinance to amend the 2015-2016 Fiscal Year Budget to appropriate funds for the purchase of two used police motorcycle units for the Police Department, insurance, reduction in equipment and to provide for related matters. (By Council Member Evans)
3) Public Hearing and action regarding the following instrument(s):
a) A resolution to appoint Troy Viccellio and Woody Williston to the Central Police Department as Reserve Officers. (By Council Member Ellis)

IV. Zoning Cases
1) Introduction of the following item(s) (with public hearing to be held at the April 26, 2016 council meeting):
a) RZ-01-16 – To Rezone from RA to B-3 for the expansion of a parking lot at 9550 Hooper Road. An ordinance to rezone from RA (Rural Agricultural) to B-3 (General Commercial Business Three) for the expansion of a parking lot for an existing restaurant with a catering and dance hall located at 9550 Hooper Road and to provide for related matters. (By Council Member Messina) Commission Action (March 24, 2016): A motion to approve RZ-1-16 with the Staff’s comments was made by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Moak. Vote: 7 yeas (Messrs: Burns, Chollette, Johnson, Matlock, Moak, Sharafkhani, Walker), 0 nays, 0 absent and the motion carried.
2) Discussion and action regarding the following case(s):
