Boys Beat Scotlandville and Zachary
Boys (9-2) knocked off Broadmoor (3-7) 26-1 and 3273-2200 at Circle Bowl on March 2, 2016.  Junior Parker Wales continued his great bowling at Circle Bowl with a very nice 626 with games of 173, 201, and 252, once again setting LHSAA personal highs with the 626 and 252!  Junior Bryce Delaune was right behind with a 605 (248), followed by Senior/Captain Johnathan Ryder's 567 (224), and Junior Parker Aucoin's 524.
On Monday, March 7, the Boys defeated Zachary (2-6) 26-1 and 2917-1633. Wales once again led the team at Circle Bowl with a 578 series (232 game).  Aucoin rolled a 361 2-game series and Junior Dylan Ringo added a 217.  With the win, the Wildcats will finish District Runner-Up behind undefeated Catholic.
The Boys finish up the regular season against Woodlawn (0-9) on Tuesday March 8 at All Star Lanes.  With a win the Wildcats should receive a favorable playoff seed and will cap off another tremendous season!
Girls Still Unbeaten
The Girls (9-0) got one step closer to a 3-peat District Title by knocking off St. Amant (2-8) 22-5 and 2419-1947 on Monday, March 7, 2016 at Circle Bowl.  Even with the flu bug going around the team, the Wildcats had enough fire power to hold off the Gators.  Senior/Captain Sarah LeDuff led the team with a 527 series (223) and Freshman Alanna Coward added a 188.
The Girls go for their third straight District Title on Tuesday (3-7-16) at All Star Lanes against East Ascension (5-3)! On a side note, defending State Champion St. Scholastica (11-1) suffered an upset from Albany (9-3) on Monday.  Central is now the lone undefeated team in the Baton Rouge area and the State Playoff #1 Seed is now theirs for the taking.
