    EOP-8-15 Exchange of Property between Tracts A-2-4-A and A-2-4-B of the Now or Former Riche Roy Property This property is located on the north end of Brown Road north of the Dyer Road intersection in Sections 22 & 23 T5S, R1E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to adjust the property lines between two adjoining properties. (Applicants:

    SS-21-15 Subdivision of Tract KC-B of the Now or Former Shilling & White Property This property is located on the west side of Greenwell Springs Road between the Will Avenue and Wax Road intersections in Section 63, T6S R3E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to create five lots for single family residential land use with a new public street and request a waiver of Section 7:4.4.(a)(4)(a) of the Development Code which requires connection to public sewer. The applicant is requesting to rezone from the R1 (Single Family Residential One) Zoning District to B1 (Neighborhood Commercial Business One) Zoning District to bring an existing building back into commerce for a convenience store.
