Forrest PhotoB2015 Red Bull AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship at Loretta Lynn Ranch in Tennessee is the world’s largest and most prestigious Amateur Motocross race.  Nearly 25,000 racers attempt to qualify in 33 classes for the 1400 available positions at the National.  This national event has served as a launch pad for some of the biggest names in professional Motocross and Supercross.  And one of our own Central residents, Forrest Smith, son of Gus and Kelly Smith, has qualified to attend this event.  He qualified in 2 classes: College Boy and 250 2-Stroke.  Forrest has raced Motocross since he was 4 years old.  Now at the age of 20, he has achieved his long time goal of competing at Loretta Lynn Nationals.  Racing begins Sunday, July 29th and ends Tuesday, August 4, 2015.

Congratulations Forrest Smith and Good Luck at the Loretta Lynn Nationals.
