    The City of Central Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 6:00pm at the Kristenwood Meeting Facility, 14025 Greenwell Springs Rd, Central, LA 70739 to consider the following item(s):
    SS-9-15 Subdivision of the Now or Former Percy Keowen Property This property is located on the west side of Blackwater Road  between the Gurney Road and the Talmadge Crumholt Road intersections in Section 60 T6S, R1E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide two tracts into five for single family residential land use and dedicate a private servitude of access. (Applicant: Christopher Bourke) 
    SS-10-15 Subdivision of Lot 6 of the Former E.L. Stockwell Property This property is located on the north side of McCullough Road between the Blackwater Road and Old Settlement Road intersections in Section 24, T5S, R1E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide one tract into two for single family residential land use and dedicate a private servitude of access. (Applicant: Vern Raiford)
    SS-11-15 Subdivision of Tract B-1-C-1-A-2 of the Former F.W. Behrnes Tract  This property is located at 16992 Blackwater Road which is on the east side of Blackwater Road north of the Arleene Avenue intersection in Section 12, T5S, R1E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting to subdivide one tract into three for single family residential land use and dedicate a private servitude of access. (Applicant: Stephen Lacour) 
    CUP-4-15 Conditional Use Permit for a Raising Horses This property is located at 15648 Four Oaks Drive on Lot 4-A of the Twin Oaks Subdivision which is on the east side of Four Oaks Drive south of the Denham Road intersection in Section 48, T5S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit for a raising livestock within the Rural/ Agricultural Zoning District. (Applicant: Todd David)
