PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Central Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on   November  20, 2014 at 5:00pm at Central High School Theater, 10200 E. Brookside Dr, Central, LA 70818 to consider the following item(s):

BOA-18-14 This property is located at 15569 Joor Road on Tract A-3 of the former Smith Property. The applicant requests a variance of the side yard setback from 25 feet to 8 feet in accordance with Section 13.6 A of the Comprehensive Zoning Code in order to construct an accessory structure. The applicant proposes to place a 3,000 square foot accessory structure on the property. The applicant is Deborah and David Burnaman.

BOA-21-14 This property is located at 12493 Hooper Road on Tract B3 of the former K. McAdams Property near the Shoe Creek Drive intersection.  The applicant requests a variance of Section 2.2 D (4) of the Comprehensive Zoning Code which requires that the maximum allowable size of an accessory structure be 1,600 square foot. The applicant proposes a 3,200 square foot warehouse for storage. The applicant is Tommy Pace.

BOA-22-14 This property is 14416 Greenwell Springs Road on Lot F of the former E. Buhler Property.  The applicant requests a variance of the front yard setback from 85 feet to 75 feet in accordance with Section 13.6 A of the Comprehensive Zoning Code in order to construct a restaurant.  The applicant is Chris Maestri.
