EBRSO Arrests Armed Robbers

Brannon Latil of Denham Springs and Heather Smith of Baton Rouge were arrested for nine separate burglaries. They are being held at the Parish prison and will face the charge of Felony Theft for stealing over $1,100 of cigarettes from various convenience stores in April. One of the crimes was on Hooper Road in Central.
At each burglary Latil would ask for cartons of various brands of cigarettes, grab the cartons and run out of the store. On at least one occasion the victim reported that the burglar presented a small caliber pistol during the burglary.
