• Hosted and co-hosted 13 events to keep our citizens informed with expertise in issues affecting our pocketbooks – Obamacare, insurances, investments and retirement,
• Organized public events with the City of Central, Central Community School System,  Blue Star Moms and the new City of Central Republican Coalition, and to show appreciation for those veterans and soldiers who helped build our nation at Memorial Day and on Veterans Day with a tremendous response from the community to host these annually. We also recognized and honored the ladies who have contributed a lifetime of service to the community with Women Veterans of Louisiana.
• Hosted candidate forums for the Judiciary elections for Supreme Court, First Circuit Court of Appeal and Public Service Commission.
• Continued commitment to volunteer service needed for Cooking In Central, local and statewide charities such as American Heart Association, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Child Advocacy Services/CASA, Trevor’s Wish for the Baton Rouge Food Bank and many more.
• Represented Central at the State Capitol for numerous days during the session on the Southeast Independent School System legislation to help our neighbors in south Baton Rouge be responsible for their children’s educational system much like that of Central and Zachary, as well as other Constitutional issues such as 2nd Amendment Rights, Human Trafficking and recognition of Israel for their 65th Anniversary.
• We partnered with organizations and fostered deeper relationships to better understand how we can work together in the future and be a voice of the citizens.
