Dorothy and Dr. Herschel Dean Celebrate 50th Anniversary

    Dr. Herschel B. Dean and Dorothy Anderson Dean celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on December 28th.  They celebrated with a reception given by their children at Bennett House in Zachary.
    The couple's children and their spouses are Karen and Byron Clinkingbeard, Dr. Kyle and Debbie Dean, Kimberly and Michael Sullivan, and Kesleigh and Chad Castle.  They also have 16 grandchildren:  Claire, Addie, Grant, Andrew, Chandler, Aubrey, Kate, Meghann, Anna Grace, Caroline, Savannah, Amelia, Cort, Clayton, Reese, and Sophie.  Dr. Dean continues to practice medicine in Central.  The couple faithfully attends church at Greenwell Springs Baptist Church.
    The Deans were married at Weller Avenue Baptist Church by Rev. HB Dean in a beautiful ceremony on Dec. 28, 1963.
