7. SS-17-13 Subdivision of Tract 10-A of the Taylor & Williams Estate and the Charles
Albert Property This property is located at the end of Morgan Road east of the
Bridgeport Drive intersection in Section 48, T6S, R2E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is
requesting to subdivide two tracts into four for single family residential land use with
a waiver request of Section 14.3 of the Unified Development Code and Ordinance
No. 2009-08. (Applicant: Casey Patterson)
8. SS-18-13 Subdivision of Lot B of the former Ivy Q. Aucoin Property This property is
located at 13484 Blackwater Road on the east side of Blackwater Road north of the
Carey Road intersection in Section 25, T5S, R1E, GLD, EBR, LA. The applicant is
requesting to subdivide one tract into two for single family residential land use and
dedicate a private servitude of access. (Applicant: Brent Rabalais)
