Clothing Giveaway for Families in Need

Covenant Church, 22325 Greenwell Springs Road, invites the community to “shop” for new clothing November 16th from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. The clothing give-a-way is for any who would benefit from assistance in clothing their family. One need only come that morning to “shop” through the inventory. Jeff Stanfill, lead pastor of Covenant Church, says, “This is something that came to us as a church. An anonymous corporation is donating the clothing. All of the clothes are new; nothing is used. At this approaching holiday time and with today’s economy many families and individuals can really benefit.” The clothing is in all sizes and for all ages. There is baby clothing as well as some seasonal clothing. The church is also providing hot dogs for everyone and balloon animals for the children there that day.
