UPS Thief Caught Growing Marijuana

In the process of arresting 17 year old Ghazi Giron Lacayo of Central for theft of an iPad cover and keyboard delivered by UPS, Marijuana plants were found in his residence. Lacayo’s Double-Trouble resulted in him being charged with Theft and Cultivation of Marijuana.
The accused was seen stealing a package that had just been delivered and left by UPS on a front porch on Morgan Road. EBRSO officer Ricky Bond was familiar with the accused and the neighborhood and was able to locate him at his nearby apartment. EBRSO Sgt. Budd spotted the Marijuana plants in the accused’s apartment during the arrest for the theft.
