In Memoriam: Peyton Leigh McGraw
Peyton "Pey Pey" Leigh McGraw earned her angel wings on Thursday, September 5, 2013 after a 27 month battle with kidney disease. She peacefully went to be with Jesus while wrapped in the loving arms of her parents at Texas Children's Hospital. Though her time here was short, a lifetime of love was achieved as she touched the hearts of so many people. Peyton's strength and courage is a virtue that will live in our hearts forever. Her beautiful smile touched the hearts of everyone that knew her. Some of her favorite things were dancing, riding her wagon, and shopping with her mommy. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Central, LA, onWednesday, Sept. 11, from 10 a.m. until service at 2 p.m., officiated by Rev. Steven "Tot" Farmer and Rev. Bobby Dale Callendar. Burial will be at Sandy Creek Baptist Church, Pride. Peyton is survived by her parents, Leremy and Stacey Lafleur McGraw; paternal grandparents, Joe and Debbie McGraw; maternal grandparents, Sherry and Joe Froeba, and Wayne and Mamie Lafleur; paternal great-grandfather, Oscar Lee McGraw; maternal great-grandparents, Arleen and Roland Lafleur, Mae and Fred Snelson, and Calvin and Darlene Sekinger; aunts and uncles, Joey and Jade Forbes, Michael and Sarah McGraw, Lacy and Darryl Shaffer, Wayne and Kobi Lafleur, and Chase Lafleur; as well as numerous cousins and other relatives.
