September 27 CCF Coffee Hour: Who Were Central’s Settlers?

By  |

What families lived in Central 100 years ago, and where were their homes?  Come to the CCF Coffee Hour next Thursday at 7 PM at Central Perk and find out.  Jason Ellis will lead a presentation and discussion of who lived where and when.  Bring your family's story and join in as we re-create historic Central.  The CCF Coffee Hour is held every second and fourth Thursday and is sponsored by the Central Cultural Foundation.

Last Thursday's CCF Coffee Hour featured Central wood carver R.J. Saucier, who explained the processes and tools used in the art and craft of wood carving.  Mr. Saucier is shown here with an amazingly intricate and realistic gun replica.  The piece is constructed entirely of wood.  The Central Cultural Foundation sponsors the CCF Coffee Hour on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7PM at Central Perk.
