Three Lady Wildcats Will Continue Athletic Careers in College

    Three female athletes from Central High School signed to continue their Academic and Athletic careers at the collegiate level.  Rachel Barber and Brisha Coffee will play Volleyball at University of Mobile and Alcorn State, respectively.  Kristen Williams will be a member of the Southeastern Lady Lions basketball team.
    Rachel Barber received 4 Varsity letters during her years at Central High School in Volleyball.  She was a 3 time selection to the All District Team.  Rachel has been named the Defensive MVP for the Lady Wildcats, as well as Defensive Player of the Year in the District.  Rachel finished her career with being named the Female Athlete of the Year at Central High School.  Academically, she is on the Honor Roll and is recognized as a Top Cat, which is based on Grade Point Average.  Rachel will major in Biology at the University of Mobile.
    Brisha Coffee was an important ingredient in the Lady Wildcat Volleyball program her 4 years at Central.  She played a very important role in the playoff runs for Central High.  She will major in Biology at Alcorn State University.
    Kristen Williams was an important part of the Lady Wildcat Basketball program her 4 years at Central.  She was named All Parish team, All District teams as a Junior and Senior, and All Academic Team her Junior and Senior seasons.  Kristen is involved in many clubs, including DECA, Key Club, African American Club (president), Student Council, and Leadership Committee.  She is on the Honor Roll and is recognized as a Top Cat.  Kristen will major in Nursing at Southeastern Louisiana University.
