Boys ages 9 to 8th grade can improve their athletic performance with the help of CHS.  The Central High School Strength and Conditioning Staff is now offering group training for the young athletes of Central!
The vision and purpose of this training is to provide sport-specific athletic enhancement through structured programs exclusively designed and administered to improve athletic performance.  Sessions will be offered in March, April, June, and July,
All sessions take place in Central High School Weight Room.  Each session is $100.  This fee will be paid at the beginning of each session and is nonrefundable.  Early registration can be mailed to 12533 Sullivan Road, Baton Rouge LA.  Make all checks payable to Mike Gardner.
Athletic performance and injury prevention begins with stability, strength, and flexibility.  Training will focus primarily on form and technique and is designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment.  If we are to build a first class program that competes at the highest level, we must learn early!
We want to be the best but always remember our WILDCAT PRIORITIES—1-God, 2-Family, 3-Academics, 4-Sports
