     a. Additional staffing positions at Central Middle School and Central Intermediate School.

     b. Reorganization of the Central Office Structure Phase I and Phase II and take appropriate action.

9.  To receive information regarding the tentative School Calendar for the 2012-2013 School Year. (Mr. Faulk)
