EOP-1-12 Exchange of Property between Tract A and Tract B of the Stanley R. Morgan Property This property is located at the west side of the Joor Road south of the Denham Road. The applicant is proposing an exchange of property between two adjoining properties for an expansion of an industrial use. (Applicant: Douglas Davis)
EOP-2-12 Combination of Lots 1,2,3,4 of the Harold Davis Venn Jr. Property This property is located on the west side of Comite Drive south of the Carey Road intersection. The applicant is proposing to combine 4 residential lots into 2. (Applicant: Theresa K. Martin)
