• Style 500 Mens – 3- Button placket with reinforced box.  Solid rib knit collar.  Double needle construction.  Hemmed short sleeves.  Half moon back yoke.  Straight-tail hem with side vents.
•  Mens sizes: Small – 5 XLarge

Price to include cost of 4” embroidered logo as shown below.

Substitutions must be presented for approval as equal by August 2, 2010.
