Next Thursday will mark the 59th Annual National Day of Prayer.  Central, for years, has been a faith based community that has honored God, family, and church.  Recently, the National Day of Prayer has been in the media headlines as many seek to redefine our country.  Mayor Watts has signed a proclamation declaring May 6th, a "Day of Prayer" in Central. The event starts at 6:30pm in the parking lot in front of City Hall.  The program will last for about 30 minutes. Many of the pastors in Central invite you to come on out and support this event!
