Weekly Schools Update

Thank you to the CHS Jazz Band for their great performance Tuesday night at the Candidates Forum. They did a wonderful job entertaining the crowd.

The Intent to Register form for the 2010-2011 school year for CCSS schools is available on the School System WEBSITE.

Cooking for Our Kids information is also on the School System website. Central Middle and Central High are selling tickets and shirts through the school. Proceeds from these sales will go directly to the school from which these items are purchased. If your child is an elementary student, please check with your school to see if they are participating in this way, as well.

Central High students will be going this Saturday, March 20 to District Rally, where they will be representing CHS in academic subjects as well as through the arts.

Central High’s production of the musical “Nunsense” will be happening April 30- May 2. If you would like to purchase tickets, they are $10 each and can be bought at CHS. Call 261-3438 for more information.

The Central Private parents meeting with the LOFSA rep will take place next Tuesday, March 23 at 6:30 PM in the CP cafeteria.

The Central Private Class of 1990 20-year reunion is coming up on Saturday, May 8. If you are a member of this graduating class, contact the school if you need to know how to get more information.

The Central Middle girls’ volleyball team has a game on Thursday at 4:30 and 5:15 at Livonia.
