Central High Football 10/8: CHS 48, Denham Springs 21

Central Private Football 10/9: CP 33, Adams County Christian 21

Central Middle Football 10/13: CMS 16, Northwest 14

Central Middle remains undefeated, while Central Private and Central High each have one loss.

Central High Volleyball 10/10: CHS hosted the Central JV Tournament. Central’s JV team took third place in the tournament behind Broadmoor and St. Michael.

Congratulations to the following Central Private softball players who were chosen for the 2009 All-District Team: Aubrey Butler (1st Team), Bailey Fucich (1st Team), Mallory Gregoire (1st Team), Jessie Creel (2nd Team), Sarah Fryoux (2nd Team), and Alyse Wells (2nd Team).
