7. To consider a Resolution approving the Louisiana Attestation Questionnaire. (approval (Mr. Faulk)

8. To consider and take action with respect to adopting a resolution authorizing the sale of not to exceed $5,000,000 of Revenue Bonds, Series 2009 (Taxable QSCB), of the Central Community School System. (Mr. Faulk)

9. To receive a report from the Ad Hoc Building Committee Meetings held on August 25, 2009 & September 8, 2009. (Mr. Faulk)

10. To consider a revision to the dress code for Central High School.

11. To receive a report on the finding from the Self-Review Monitoring.

12. To consider adjusting the date for the last regular board meeting in
