Sid Edwards Named Athletic Director, Doug Dotson To Coach CHS Football

Sid Edwards, Central High School's head football coach, has elected to become the Athletic Director for the Central Community School System. Edwards led Central to a 30-7 record in his three years as head coah, including appearances in the 2008 state semi-finals and the 2009 state quarter-finals. Defensive Coordinator Doug Dotson will take over the head football coaching duties and Ron Lewis has been named to coach the CHS boys basketball team.
