Jackie Brewer Remembered at Cookin’

Mrs. Jackie Brewer, who recently passed away, was a big part of the Central community with her kindness and her willingness to give. Jackie was a member of the Cookin' in Central committee, and she helped to plan this year's event. At Cookin' this past Saturday, she was memorialized with the donation of a memorial oak tree by the Cookin' committee members. The live oak, which will be marked with a plaque, will be kept at Magnolia Square in Jackie's memory. Her family was also presented with a plaque to commemorate this event.
