Relay for Life Planning Meetings
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life in Central will be held Friday, October 3, 2008 on the Central High School Practice Field on Wax Rd. Beginning at 6 pm it will be a Celebration for Survivors of Cancer, Memorial for those we have lost, a Fight Back Rally and fund raiser for ACS for research and assistance to cancer patients. All money raised goes to the American Cancer Society. There will be food, games, music and fun for all. A festival-like atmosphere for all of the community to participate in. The planning meetings for the Relay are held at The Central Library. The next one is on August 19th at noon.
A lunch will be served. Please come with your ideas and plans to help make the Relay a big success. The next meeting is September 16th at noon .
