Weekly Chamber Update

We will be posting weekly updates from the Central Chamber of Commerce each Tuesday.

Each year, the Central Chamber of Commerce organizes the Central Christmas parade and festivities. “Christmas in Central” is next weekend, December 4-6. The schedule is as follows:

12/4: Community Tree Lighting at the corner of Hooper and Sullivan at 6:30 PM

12/4-6: Carnival at Central Middle School

12/5: Crafts Fair in and around the Central Middle School Cafeteria beginning at 9 AM (a great place to pick up some handmade Christmas gifts)

Parade coming down Hooper Road from Zoar Baptist beginning at 10 AM (a fun, family-friendly event)

Business Expo in the Central Middle School Gym from 12 noon to 4 PM (come see what Central community businesses have to offer)

There are also Christmas lighting displays that go up on the corner of Hooper and Sullivan and remain on display until New Years.

Keep an eye out for the banners and signs from Central businesses who have helped make these activities possible through their corporate sponsorships.
