Central High Needs Business Mentors
The Senior Capstone course needs community “experts” in all areas to serve as mentors, including those with experience in “hobbies.” Often that “hobby” turns into a young person’s dream job or life-long passion.
Mentoring will not require physical participation in projects or more than a few hours of advice and/or counseling since each student must work independently on his or her project. Before the end of the school year, students must make presentations to a panel of judges, including members from the community, so if you don’t have time to serve as a mentor, you can assist by judging projects and presentations.
If you are interested in serving as a mentor, a judge, or as a guest speaker, or if you would like more information on the course, please visit the Senior Capstone website at http://centralhigh.centralcss.org/seniors/, email Lynn Younger at [email protected] or call the school at 261-3438.
