The applicant request the Board of Adjustments to grant a variance of Section 2.2 D (4) of the Comprehensive Zoning Code to allow an accessory building in excess of 1,000 square feet and Section 4.3 B(2) reducing the required rear yard setback from 30 feet to 25 feet in the R2 (Single Family Residential Two) Zoning District.
