CCSS School Board Meeting & Hearing Tonight

The School Board will meet on Monday, December 12, 2016 in the Conference Room of the Central Administrative Office beginning at 6:00 p.m. There will be a budget hearing before the meeting, beginning at 5:45 p.m.  The public is invited to attend both the hearing and the meeting.

  7. To consider a request from Cooking in Central to utilize some school property for a function. (Mr. Faulk)
  8. To consider the proposed Change Orders for the Tanglewood Elementary Reconstruction Project and take appropriate action. (Mr. Faulk)
  a. Change Order #6 in the amount of $69,820.00 to provide additional kitchen equipment & upgrade equipment that was included in the contract document.
  b. Change Order #7 in the amount of $83,638.56 to Replace Ceiling Tiles (See Attached Pictures)
  c. Change Order #8 in the amount of $10,832.40 to Pressure Wash Buildings (See Attached Pictures)
  9. To receive a report from the Finance Committee Meeting held on Monday, December 5, 2016 and take appropriate action on the following:
  a. 2016-2017 Revised General Fund Budget
  b. To consider approval of State Grants for the 2016-2017 Fiscal Year as follows:
