Central City Council Meeting Tuesday at CHS

The Central City Council will meet this Tuesday, June 14 at 6 p.m. at the Central High School theater.  The meeting is open to the public.  The agenda is below.

1) Mayor’s report and presentations.
2) Introduction of the following item(s) (with public hearing to be held at the June 28, 2016 council meeting):
a) An ordinance moving the Itinerant Vendor Regulations from Title 12 (Nuisances) of the Code of Ordinances to Title 9 (Licensing and Regulation of Trades and Occupations) of the Code of Ordinances and adding provisions permitting and regulating mobile food vendors. (By Council Member Ellis)
3) Public Hearing and action regarding the following instrument(s):
a) An ordinance amending the General Fund Budget and the Dedicated Fund Budgets for the Emergency Services, Drainage, and Local Road Improvement & Maintenance Fund Fees, the Half Cent Sales and Use Tax, the Traffic Contribution, and the Capital Outlay & Improvement Funds for the 2015-2016 Fiscal Year and providing for related matters.
